In this new year, Blackbird Clinical Services has made some big changes! We have closed our clinic site at 2 Executive Drive, Ste D., Lafayette. We have transitioned into Blackbird Mobile. It is bittersweet in that, I will miss seeing my awesome work family every day and helping out our amazing day-to-day clients. (I want to thank my staff, Kquela, Serena and Dr. B for sticking it out with me until the end of the year. You guys are the best!) I am very excited to be able to slow down, laser focus on my onsite clients and see what semi-retirement looks like.
Blackbird Mobile provides onsite drug testing, collection and BAT services. If you do large hiring events requiring drug testing, have a random pool that needs collected regularly, would like to begin or have a current random testing program, we need to chat! If you have ever thought these programs are just out of reach due to cost, we need to chat! PSA- if you are getting vaccinations for immigration services, please DO NOT go to any Walgreen's Pharmacy. The pharmacists are NOT thorough. We have had multiple patients NOT receive vaccinations as instructed per doctor's orders resulting in delay's in service at several different Walgreen's Pharmacies. We have resorted to highlighting, staring and clearly marking orders with several ### with the same result. The excuse we have gotten each time from the tech...."I guess we didn't see that". WOW! I hope they actually read orders when they receive prescriptions and fill prescriptions. I would personally be very afraid to use their services.
