🌟 We love seeing this story shared by Cleveland State Community College!

Dr. Terri Hall spent years helping students find what they were capable of. At 73, she stepped onto the Morning Pointe Foundation Seniors Got Talent Chattanooga stage and showed there was still something new for her to discover about herself.

And there’s another connection that makes this story especially meaningful. Cleveland State is one of the Morning Pointe Foundation’s partner schools, with funds raised through Seniors Got Talent helping support scholarships for students preparing for careers in healthcare and senior care.

Congratulations again, Terri, and thank you to Cleveland State for sharing her story!

❤️ Grandparents Day is even better when the family gets to join in.

Residents spent the day surrounded by family for a picnic in their honor. Afterward, Gary Ball kept the celebration going with a performance that had everyone enjoying the afternoon together.

Days like this give families another reason to pull up a chair and simply spend some time with the people they love.

On September 11, 2001, our nation experienced a tragedy that deeply affected countless lives and changed our country.

Today, on the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we pause to honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the first responders who answered the call, the families who carry their loss, and all those whose lives were forever changed by that day.

For many of our residents and associates at Morning Pointe Senior Living, the events of September 11 are something they remember vividly. Today, we stand together in remembrance, gratitude, and respect.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Residents have been getting out and about for lunch together, with recent stops at Cesario's Pizzeria Rossville and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Ringgold. They enjoyed some great meals and plenty of time to sit around the table and catch up. ❤️

On any given day, you might find residents pulling up a chair to catch up with friends and enjoy some time together. This time, ice cream gave everyone an extra reason to stay awhile. 😊

Next Monday, golfers will tee off at Lookout Mountain Club for the 11th Annual Morning Pointe Foundation Mastering Memory Care Golf Tournament, raising funds for scholarships for students pursuing careers in nursing, culinary arts, social work and therapy, as well as free caregiver education.

Those scholarships are making an impact right here in our region, supporting students at:

🏈 Football season is back, and we’re ready for it!

There’s something about game day that people look forward to all week. It's about wearing your team colors, gathering around the TV, enjoying game-day snacks, and cheering right alongside fellow fans.

For many of our residents, football season also brings back memories of watching the game with their children and grandchildren, making traditions that still mean so much today.

We’re looking forward to another season of watch parties, football-themed fun, and lots of cheering across our communities. Who are you rooting for this year?
