Time with family members who are inherently loving and supportive (but never perfect!) is a form of healing ❤️
My boyfriend, brother, dad and I at the UFO Museum in Roswell, NM ✨
Family isn’t perfect. We can have our most difficult relationships with family members.
But despite the faults and misunderstandings on all sides, if the relationship rests on a foundation of love, support, encouragement and gratitude at its core— then it’s a valuable source of healing energy for you.
Positive words, thoughts and feelings shared with you and directed to you transmute the negative emotions and energy in your energy system that deteriorate physical, mental and emotional health over time.
You might have to have boundaries and be more purposeful in managing family relationships to reap the best of them, and that’s totally okay.
Do what you have to do to reap the good and leave the bad.
Focus on the good memories, laugh, love, give and express gratitude wherever you can, because life is short and time with family is precious.
If you haven’t yet today, call or text a family member who tends to lift you up as an act of self-healing 💕💕
