A message from Marc Ervin, Founder and CEO of MNM ProLabs

I have stayed quiet while a lot of people spoke for me. I am done with that.

I am not going to tear anyone down or trade insults online. I was raised better. I am going to tell you the truth and let you decide.

There was a breakdown in communication. I own that. But what came after was not a misunderstanding. Stories were invented. Sides were picked. My character was judged before I was ever in the room. Nobody asked for my side.

For 23 years I was a combat medic in the United States Army. My purpose was to take care of people who could not take care of themselves. That becomes who you are.

Integrity is the value I guard most. So when someone questions it, or suggests I do not take care of my athletes, understand what you are doing. You picked the wrong angle.

That is the last I will say about it.

I built MNM ProLabs in 2020 for the athlete. The athletes are why I never walked away.

MNM ProLabs is not going anywhere. Our partnership with Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club is intact. Our athletes are still our athletes.

To our customers, athletes, partners, Iron Society, and the Generation Iron crew: thank you. To every veteran, service member, and first responder: thank you.

We move forward. New products. New partnerships already in motion. The Road to Olympia was the opening chapter. The next one is bigger.

Adversity does not end the mission. It is where the mission starts.

MNM ProLabs™ is entering a new chapter. After our Road to Olympia journey, new collaborations, and unexpected challenges, our direction is more personal than ever. Our mission remains the same: help people pursue stronger, healthier lives.

My 23 years in the U.S. Army taught me that preparation, discipline, and trust matter when the pressure is on. Those lessons now shape a military-inspired identity built to honor service—not glorify combat.

You’ll see that identity in new labels and product collections, including MASTER BLASTER™ Creatine. But the look is only part of the story: quality, responsible formulation, and ingredient transparency remain central to what we’re building for athletes, service members, first responders, and everyday fitness enthusiasts.

Our 2,400-plus-mile Road to Olympia trip took us from Tampa to Las Vegas, with gym stops, long drives, and unforgettable people along the way. Generation Iron captured the journey for an upcoming docuseries—the workouts and excitement, but also the work behind building a brand. Olympia reminded us why we started: to connect with a community that shares our passion for performance.

To the Powerhouse Gym Athletic Club family, thank you for sending us off and standing beside us. Our Adrenaline Mountain experience reminded us that teams grow stronger through shared experiences beyond the gym, too.

Our Iron Society apparel collaboration showed us what’s possible when strength culture and creative design meet. More partnerships are taking shape, and BIG JAM’S Pre-Workout is in development; we’ll share details when they’re ready.

Next, we look forward to connecting with the community at the Mel Chancey NPC Holiday Classic in Punta Gorda on December 19.
