Demo is underway, and we’re making progress on our newest location in Dunwoody! We’re taking you behind the scenes for a quick walkthrough of the space and a look at where things stand as construction gets started.

There’s still plenty of work to do, but we’re one step closer to bringing SmartMED’s convenient, drive-thru urgent care to Dunwoody!

We’re seeing a little mix of everything this week! Flu season hit about 5 weeks early this year. Experts are recommending to get vaccinated ahead of Halloween if possible. Remember to wash those hands and use sanitizer! 🫧

We are HIRING for a Patient Registration Specialist to join our drive-thru urgent care team! This role is special because it’s the first person our patients encounter and will set the tone for the visit 💗. Extensive experience with insurance and selecting plans properly is a requirement, so that we can help our patients understand their portion in real time. 😊

This position is predominantly outdoors (under our covered awning) and team-oriented. You must love people and have a kind and cheerful demeanor ☀️.

In this role you will be greeting and registering patients which includes: inputting demographic information, selecting insurance packages, running the insurance and collecting copays/balances.

The team you will get to work with is fantastic! We are committed to delivering a super experience and going the extra mile. Be ready to work hard AND laugh hard, because we enjoy having fun together ☺️.
