Recently, Tony and his son, Tayton, attended an excellent presentation sponsored by Cobb Cherokee Senior Services.

Angel Brown, MD, BSN, provided valuable insight into Mental Health in Aging Adults and shared information that is so important for families, caregivers, and professionals who work with seniors every day. 💙

The event also included a great breakfast and an opportunity to connect with others in the community through networking.

We're also excited to welcome Tayton to Family Private Care this summer! 🎉

Tayton is completing an internship through the University of North Georgia and will be spending time both in the office and out in the field learning more about the home care industry.

From mosquitoes to chiggers, insects can chomp into your summertime fun. But you can avoid them or at least keep the pesky pains they cause to a minimum. If you are in brushy areas and high grass., wear long pants and sleeves, and tuck your pant legs into your socks. If you get bitten, treat it quickly if you can. A cold compress or an ice pack will curb the swelling. Check for ticks after you’ve been outdoors. https://wb.md/3ROt9SA
