The Texas Department of State Health Services will be offering a FREE Immunization Clinic in Rotan on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall, 303 E. Lee St.

Free immunizations are available for:

• Children 18 and younger who are enrolled in Medicaid, have no health insurance, or are American Indian or Alaska Native.
• Adults 19 and older who do not have health insurance.

If you receive a call and are not sure if it is really from us:

* Hang up.
* Call Clearfork Health Center directly at 325-735-2211.
* Ask to speak with your provider’s nurse to confirm whether the call came from our office.

For your safety, never give out your personal, insurance, or financial information over the phone unless you have confirmed you are speaking with a trusted member of our team.
