How many of these you can try this month:
👻Say “no” once without writing a paragraph explaining why.
🎃 Put your phone down during one entire meal.
👻 Stop yourself from rereading that text looking for a hidden meaning.
🎃 Ask for help before you're completely overwhelmed.
👻 Let someone be disappointed without immediately trying to fix it.
🎃 Spend an evening doing absolutely nothing productive.
👻 Tell someone what you actually need instead of hoping they'll figure it out.
🎃 Unfollow something that consistently makes you feel worse about yourself.
👻 Give yourself the same grace you'd give someone you love.

📣BIG NEWS from Round Rock Counseling Services! 📣

We’re GROWING!! We're so excited to finally share what we’ve been working on!

RRCS is expanding into Suite 87, which means we will now occupy both Suites 86 & 87! This expansion gives us the opportunity to provide even more resources and thoughtfully designed spaces for both our current and future clients. Our new space will include a dedicated playroom for our younger clients, additional counseling space, and comfortable, supportive areas created with connection, healing, and growth in mind. For us, this expansion is about so much more than additional square footage. It’s about continuing to grow alongside our clients who trust us with their care.

Tiemi works with adolescents, teens, and adults and brings a straightforward, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy. She supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship and family challenges, and life transitions.

Tiemi is currently accepting new clients and offers telehealth appointments throughout Texas, making counseling more accessible no matter where you live in the state. Tiemi is supervised by Margaret Alexander, LPC-S.

🎒 The school year has started…but your child may still be adjusting. Sometimes the hardest part isn't the first day of school. It's the weeks that follow.

New routines. Academic pressure. Friendship changes. Sports and activities. New teachers. Trying to fit in. And for some kids and teens, simply holding it together all day can be exhausting. As the school year settles in, you may begin noticing changes at home:
