Asking for prayers and donations.

My hometown in Brazil is under water. Actually, two-thirds of the state is under water due to devastating floods. I gathered from the latest Brazilian news that 1.5 million people were affected, including 400 towns out of the total 497. There are at least 220,000 folks outside of their homes and most of them may not be able to return due to the amount of damage. There are 95 confirmed deaths, 128 missing, and hundreds of animals strained, lost, or deceased.

If you are in Austin and can donate winter clothes, toys, bedding, and diapers, it will be greatly appreciated. (See picture) if you can’t make it to any of these locations to bring the donations, I’m happy to get it from you and take it there.
