This is what “comprehensive” actually looks like.
Not a manual you read once. Not choreography memorized and repeated. This is hands-on, in the room, working through why the body is doing what it’s doing — and how to cue it differently for the person in front of you.
Because the client with disc herniation needs something different than the client three weeks postpartum. And the client with EDS needs something different than both of them.
Most trainings teach you the exercises. We teach you to see the body — assessment, program design, and cueing technique that holds up when the textbook case walks in looking nothing like the textbook.
This fall, we are offering Polestar Comprehensive Training for instructors who are done guessing and ready to actually understand what they’re teaching. 🙌
