🚨 Important Product Update 🚨
We wanted to keep our customers informed regarding the current changes happening within the Texas h**p industry.
At this time, Delta 8 products can continue to be sold until May 28th. After that date, we will unfortunately have to temporarily remove Delta 8 products from our shelves pending further legal proceedings.
The good news is that we do have a court date scheduled for mid-June where Delta 8 will be reheard, and we remain hopeful for a positive outcome. We are continuing to fight for this industry and appreciate your patience and support as we work through these ongoing changes.
As of now, we ARE still able to continue selling flower and prerolls, and we will keep everyone updated as soon as we receive any new information.
