Residents enjoyed a lovely gathering filled with coffee, tea, desserts, and sweet treats. It was a relaxing and fun afternoon spent together in great company.

The Women’s Club also enjoyed a painting party, where everyone got creative and shared plenty of smiles while working on their artwork.

What a full-circle moment at Double Creek! 💛

In April, some of our residents and directors visited First United Methodist Church Round Rock, TX for their monthly Game Day, bringing snacks, smiles, and plenty of laughter as they played games and made new connections. ✨

We later received the kindest thank-you card from Shirley, who also happened to beat us at Swish five times, a sweet reminder of how meaningful these simple moments of community truly are.

We are so grateful for the warm welcome, the shared laughter, and the friendships that continue to grow. 💛

Passport to Spain here at Double Creek was full of sweet treats, laughter, and a little improvisation! 🇪🇸✨

We made homemade churro bites covered in cinnamon sugar, chocolate, and caramel sauce while residents gathered around to watch, cheer us on, and enjoy the fun.

With flamenco music playing in the background, residents waved their Spanish flags, practiced their Spanish, and enjoyed a sweet little getaway to Spain without ever leaving Double Creek. ❤️

We are so grateful for our amazing Executive Director, Kim! ❤️

Each month, she takes time to bake sweet treats with our residents, and it has quickly become one of their favorite traditions at Double Creek.

This month, residents made warm chocolate chip cookies with chocolate candy baked right in the center — and they were a huge hit! 🍪

The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and sweet moments shared together. It’s simple experiences like these that make our community feel so much like home. 💛
