In this week's "People of Person" spotlight, meet Crystal Holt, a dedicated CNA whose career is rooted in service, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

For Crystal, becoming a CNA was more than choosing a profession—it was choosing a life dedicated to caring for others during some of their most vulnerable moments. Her commitment to helping patients shines through in everything she does.
Working at Person Memorial Hospital has made that experience even more meaningful. Crystal values the close-knit environment of a community hospital, where patients are more than room numbers—they are familiar faces, neighbors, and friends. The relationships built with patients, families, and coworkers create a sense of connection that makes every day rewarding.
Through her work, Crystal has learned the importance of patience, empathy, and resilience. She is proud to be part of a profession centered on caring for others and honored to serve the community that places its trust in Person Memorial Hospital.
Thank you, Crystal, for your dedication, kindness, and the compassionate care you provide every day. We are grateful to have you on our team!

In this week's installment of our "People of Person" series, we meet Lisa Bumpass, a dedicated CNA who has been part of the Person Memorial Hospital family for the past seven years.

Lisa says PMH is an awesome place to work, and her passion for caregiving began with a simple but meaningful goal: to be there for her mother and father when they needed assistance. That desire to help others led her to a career in healthcare, where she now makes a difference every day.
Working in our Extended Care Unit, Lisa has a special place in her heart for the elderly residents she serves. When asked what she loves most about her job, her answer is simple: “They make my day.”
Thank you, Lisa, for the compassion, kindness, and dedication you bring to Person Memorial Hospital. Your residents are fortunate to have you, and we are grateful to have you on our team!
