Learning to let go and holding a boundary is where you really have power. If you’re struggling to do that, it might just be that you need support from someone who does care about how their actions impacted you. Don’t keep going to empty wells.

Victoria is now scheduling new clients! She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University. She also has previous experience as a Behavior Technician, Youth Coach, and Support Group Facilitator. She specializes in mood and eating disorders, life transitions and is available to meet with individuals aged 10+. Victoria accepts private pay at $115, BCBS, Priority Health-PPO/HMO only, Blue Cross Complete, Aetna-PPO/HMO only. No Medicare plans
