Music moves through the body the same way breath does, helping to set pace, ease tension, and give your nervous system permission to shift gears.

A slow opening track can settle a racing mind before the first pose. A rhythmic build during flow can sync movement to something bigger than counting breaths in your head. And the final quiet calm of savasana.

Every song your teacher chooses is intentional. Its pacing, mood, and energy are chosen to hold space right there alongside your movements.
