Bella Vida Family Practice is experiencing a partial outage of our phone service. We are working to resolve this issue. The medication refill and nurse lines appear to be working so you can choose those extensions and leave a voicemail. We will update here as soon as the issue is resolved

🇺🇸 Holiday Office Closure Reminder 🇺🇸

Bella Vida Family Practice will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

We will reopen with our regular business hours on Monday, July 6th.

If you need prescription refills or have non-urgent medical needs, please contact us before the holiday weekend. If you experience a medical emergency while we are closed, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

🚧 Parking Lot Improvements at Bella Vida Family Practice 🚧

Please be aware that parking lot work will be taking place this week.

✅ Monday, June 22 & Tuesday, June 23

* The parking lot will be accessible from Okeechobee Blvd.
* Parking will be available directly in front of our office.

⚠️ Wednesday, June 24 & Thursday, June 25

* The area directly in front of our office will be closed and unavailable for parking.
* Patients should use the large parking lot located behind the building.

Patients with mobility concerns who are scheduled on June 24 or June 25 may wish to reschedule their appointments. Our staff will be reaching out to all patients scheduled on those days to discuss available options.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

Good morning Bella
Vida family. Please be aware that traffic around our office will be impacted by the Northlake Blvd and Beeline Hwy intersection project. Due to the multiple detours it may take much longer to get to the office next week. Please leave plenty of time to get to your scheduled appointment or consider rescheduling. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.
