Are you an experienced RN leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an OR Nurse Manager to join our team and lead our perioperative team with excellence, compassion, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
As our OR Nurse Manager, you’ll play a key role in:
✨ Leading daily operating room operations and patient flow
✨ Managing staffing, scheduling, performance, and staff development
✨ Partnering with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams
✨ Promoting patient safety, quality, and infection prevention
✨ Leading process improvement and operational initiatives
✨ Managing departmental resources, productivity, and budgets
✨ Ensuring regulatory and accreditation readiness
✨ Building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and outstanding patient care
What we’re looking for:
🩺 RN degree from an accredited nursing program
🩺 Current RN license in the state of practice
🩺 Minimum 3 years of staff nursing experience
🩺 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
🩺 RN First Assistant (RNFA) certification or first-assist experience preferred, but not required
🩺 ACLS/CPR certification
Hands-on first-assist experience is a plus and provides a strong understanding of surgical workflow, surgeon collaboration, and perioperative patient care.
