"Text neck" is a real problem. The progression we have seen in improper neck curvature in the last 10 years is gut wrenching.

‼️ How can you fix this? Hold your phone at eye level. Do NOT hang your head to look down. Use a proper cervical pillow to sleep on. Get regular adjustments!
