Summer is here, but school will be starting again before you know it. Now is the time to call and get your upcoming Preschooler or Kindergartener scheduled for their School Entrance Eye Exam. We will hold a Preschool and Kindergarten Eye Exams Day on July 21, 2026. We will be happy to verify vision insurance and benefit coverage for your child or you can opt to self pay for the exam. Appointment spots will be limited. Call today to schedule your child's appointment.

Happy Administrative Professional's Day! These ladies are the ones to get the office up and running each day and the first you see when you walk through the doors at Logan Eye Care Center. From answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, and all the in between tasks, we are truly appreciative of their hard work. Do you have a child getting ready to enter Preschool or Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year?
KRS 156.160 (1) (g) requires proof of a vision examination by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. This evidence shall be submitted to the school no later than January 1 of the first year that a three (3), four (4), five (5) or six (6) year old child is enrolled in public school, public preschool, or Head Start program.

We have modified our hours for Friday, January 30th only. Normal Friday office hours are 8:30AM-1:00PM, but we are extending hours to 5:00PM to accommodate for being closed earlier in the week. Please, note our staff will be out to lunch 12:30PM-1:30PM on Friday.
