📚 Back to School means it is time to meet some of the people behind Family Solutions BDS.

Some are front and center with the children and families we serve. Others are behind the scenes making sure our clinics, teams and services keep moving forward. 💙

Together, they help bring thoughtful, high quality ABA care to Louisiana families every day. These team members represent different roles and locations across Family Solutions, but they are all part of the same bigger picture: supporting children, families and one another with care, consistency and purpose.

We are proud to share this team spotlight with our Ruston ABA community and proud of the people across our organization who help make excellent care possible for Louisiana families.

🌱 Build skills. Create progress. Make your work matter.

At Family Solutions Ruston, we help children build communication, independence, and confidence through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. Reliable team members give our clients the consistency they need—and give families partners they can trust.

We’re hiring Registered Line Technicians who:

* Show up consistently and understand that every session matters
* Collect and record behavioral data accurately
* Are comfortable using—or willing to learn—basic data-tracking software
* Have a high school diploma or higher
* Bring some college experience or a background in psychology, education, or special education (preferred)
* Welcome coaching, feedback, and continued learning

What we offer:

* Starting pay of $15–$17 per hour, based on experience
* Paid training and certification support
* A defined growth path: training milestones → certification → competency-based raises → lead or trainer opportunities
* Full benefits for full-time team members
* Supportive leadership and meaningful work with children and families

My name is Kyley and I am one of the new analysts working here at our Ruston clinic! I’ve been working in the field of ABA for almost three and a half years after getting my degree in Psychology at NSU back in December of 2022. I started as an RBT that following January and became a BCaBA back in November of 2025. I have worked at a few different clinics across Georgia and Louisiana but have spent most of my career with Family Solutions and I am so thrilled to be back! I never quite knew what I wanted to do for work but shortly after starting in this field I knew that this job was what I wanted to fully pursue. It has been such an honor and pleasure getting to work with my clients day in and day out and being able to witness their growth. Even on the hardest days I truly wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I’m so excited to work with the Ruston staff because the love they have for these kids shows every day!

Hi! My name is Alexis Ingram, and I am excited to introduce myself as the new director and BCBA at the Family Solutions ABA Ruston location! I began my journey in ABA in 2019, and since then, I’ve developed a deep passion for working with children on the autism spectrum. From increasing communication skills to independent living skills, I love to help my clients be successful in any setting they find themselves in!

I am incredibly grateful to the parents and caregivers who trust me to be part of their child’s journey. It’s truly an honor to support your families and celebrate each child’s progress along the way.

I’m looking forward to building strong relationships and making a positive impact together!
