Project SOAR (Screen Often and Accurately Refer), is a Louisiana project focused on compensating parents, guardians, and caregivers across the state to help them learn about experiences with screenings, referrals, and follow up during prenatal and well-child visits.

They are looking for any parents/guardians/caregivers from diverse backgrounds who:

- Live in Louisiana or have lived in Louisiana in the past 4 years
- Have at least one child under the age of 4
- Have gone to some or all of their child’s well-child check-ups with a doctor or nurse in Louisiana.

Participants will be paid $50 to complete a one-time questionnaire.
