Rowing on the reformer - an advanced series that engages the entire body. For me the hardest part is Rowing for Front Facing Back due to occasional shoulder discomfort. I will say that this exercise has improved my shoulder range of motion (but I have to work on the lightest spring setting.) 📸 by ⠀

How can I not post on when Pilates has become such a major part of my life? I’ve been taking reformer classes for over a decade, but this past fall I decided to become a certified Pilates mat instructor and a in a 600 hour comprehensive apparatus program in NYC. I have enjoyed learning how to use classical Pilates equipment such as the Wunda chair. I also really value the friendships I’ve made with other Pilates apprentices! And to today I will keep studying and writing flashcards for my upcoming exam! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Photo by
