We kicked off Wound Healing Awareness Month with a community Lunch & Learn led by our wound care provider, Julie Thorn, AGNP-C.

Attendees learned about proper wound care, the treatment of chronic non-healing wounds, health conditions that can impact the healing process, and the specialized services available through our Wound Care Center.

As Julie shared, “It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.” Every patient and every wound is unique. That's why our team develops individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs, medical history, and healing goals to provide the best possible outcomes.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to learn more about wound healing and the importance of seeking specialized care when wounds aren't healing properly. If you or a loved one is struggling with a chronic or non-healing wound, help is available close to home.
