Last Friday afternoon all enjoyed the simple pleasures of a relaxing van ride and good conversation with our residents. Taking in the sights, sharing stories, and creating joyful moments. ☀️🚐

This past week, we’ve been celebrating our incredible CNAs and recognizing the compassion, dedication, and hard work they bring to our residents every single day!

Throughout the week, our staff enjoyed several special treats as a small token of our appreciation. On Thursday, staff were treated to Pizza Hut, and Gentiva provided a fun dirty soda bar. Friday, our facility celebrated with cake and drinks from Vitality Co. Monday morning started off right with delicious donuts, and today we wrapped up CNA Week with a visit from Smokin Double D’s Food Truck!

Each CNA also received a special shirt to show our gratitude for all they do.

Thank you to our amazing CNAs for your unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care and for making a difference in the lives of our residents every day. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you. Happy CNA Week! 💙

Today our residents enjoyed a fun day out and about! We started the day with a shopping trip to Walmart, where residents had the chance to browse, shop, and pick up a few special items. After shopping, we headed to Monterrey Mexican Restaurant for a delicious lunch!🌯

When we returned to the facility, we wrapped up the afternoon with Community Coffee and a sweet treat. ☕️

This afternoon, we enjoyed some beautiful sunshine! Our residents took full advantage of the gorgeous weather by getting a little dirt under their nails and freshening up our garden beds. 🌼

We have plenty of colorful flowers to enjoy throughout the season, along with tomato plants and cucumbers that we’re looking forward to harvesting in the coming months. 🍅🥒

We had the pleasure of listening to Lauren’s Bell Choir perform this evening! 🎶🔔

Our residents enjoyed experiencing something a little different and had a wonderful time singing along to the familiar songs they recognized. Music always brings so much joy, and tonight was no exception!
