Community Health has Primary Care Offices offering a full range of primary care services including preventative health care (annual physicals, work physicals, school, camp and sports physicals), women’s health care, well-child care, including immunizations, m

anagement of chronic or serious illness, minor office procedures (including laceration repair and removal of skin lesions), and workers comp injuries. X-ray and laboratory services are available at some of our locations. Hospital care is provided by Rutland Regional Medical Center Hospital (RRMC). RRMC is a hospital-based practice specializing exclusively in providing in-patient care. Arrangements for admission to other hospitals can be arranged as needed. Community Dental provides dentistry services. Community Health Pediatrics provides hospital care for our pediatric patients. Community Health complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or s*x. *REMINDER* Traffic Advisory – Stratton Road

Please be advised that this morning, Thursday, May 28th, one lane of Stratton Road near Jackson Avenue will be closed for repairs. Traffic in the area will be reduced to a single alternating lane.

Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to plan accordingly and use caution while traveling through the work zone.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this necessary repair work is completed. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
