A quick reminder for clients: please wait at least 72 hours after Botox, injections, immunizations, or being sick before scheduling your massage.

Massage increases circulation and can leave you feeling worse if your body is already dealing with inflammation, side effects, or illness. After injections or Botox, we also want to avoid unnecessary pressure or movement around the treated area. AKA... Permentant Cradel Face.

When in doubt, follow your medical provider’s instructions and reschedule. Your body will get much more from the massage when it is ready.
