10 years of CrossFit Rising Tide!!!

Today we celebrate our 10 year anniversary by bringing back to the first workout we ever did on the first day we opened!

We want to thank all our members past and present for the amazing community of happy, healthy folks we’ve created over the past 10 years. This would not have been possible without all of you, so THANK YOU 👏👏

The results are in: in our inaugural CrossFit Open Inter-Gym Team Competition the winning team is…Team Black!

We want to say great job to all our members who participated in The Open and in Friday Night Lights. The gym was truly electric each week. We couldn’t be prouder of our members for the effort they put in. We saw some firsts with that classic Open magic and we saw our members push themselves and each other to new levels.

Can’t wait to see all the progress that comes in 2025 and we will see you at Friday Night Lights in 2026!
