Dr. Farishta Sohrabi, DAOM, L.Ac. is a licensed provider in California. She is a specialist in pain management & Gynecology. She is passionate about treating patients with pain and female/male fertility issues
Dr. Farishta Sohrabi was born in Afghanistan. In her early years, she witnessed many injured people in pain without getting any help. Her dream was to become a doctor and help cure people in pain. As a kid, she would cure patients with the doll & pillow by playing the doctor’s role. She later migrated to Sri Lanka and was introduced to homeopathy and acupuncture by a friend when her mom got kidney stones and knee pain. A doctor successfully managed to treat her mother using homeopathic medicine & acupuncture treatment. After her mother got better, Dr. Farishta Sohrabi coveted to study medicine. After this incident, Dr. Farishta Sohrabi studied medicine & started practicing homeopathy & acupuncture a bit in Sri Lanka before migrating to the USA. In Sri Lanka, she acquired a diploma in acupuncture and got a classical clinician in homeopathy CCH in 2008.

After migrating to the United States, she joined the American college of traditional Chinese medicine- CIIS, San Francisco, USA, where she received her degree in Acupuncture & oriental medicine with a specialization in pain management & Gynecology in 2019. Dr. Farishta Sohrabi has gained tremendous experience over the years and brings an unmatched level of professionalism. With the featured acupuncturist degree, Dr. Farishta Sohrabi has gained respect from all of her patients and has many successive attributes. She focuses on preventive & corrective care with different sorts of conditions, mainly pain management and treatment of infertility issues.
Dr. Farishta Sohrabi is now practicing the acupuncture & oriental medicine in California as a licensed acupuncturist.
