Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support your overall your health. Try these easy tips to help meet your hydration goals!

💧 Start your day with water. Before reaching for coffee, drink a glass of water first thing in the morning. After several hours of sleep, your body is already dehydrated, and rehydrating early can help support energy focus throughout the day.

💧 Carry a refillable water bottle: Keeping water within reach makes it much easier to meet your hydration goals. Try using a marked water bottle or setting small milestones throughout the day to stay on track.

💧 Eat your water, too: Hydration doesn’t only come from drinks! Foods like watermelon, cucumber, strawberries and lettuce contain high amounts of water and can help contribute to your daily fluid intake.
