At long last there have recently been excellent, accessible books written about the many variations of trauma. Here's a quote from TRAUMA Healing Your Past to Find Freedom Now by Pedram Shojai OMD & Nick Polizzi.
"Maybe you experienced a "Big T" trauma or multiple "Little t" events or some combination--chances are, you did. Whatever your trauma, please give yourself a moment of grace and acknowledge whatever experience may still be wedged in your heart, mind, body, or soul.
Your trauma was real, and it deserves to have a light shone on it and for you to eventually let it release its grip on your life.

Was going through actual camera photos it see what could be fun & applicable to use on IG. This one warmed my heart...great times on the FCC staff, at Camp Akita any time, not to mention seeing Sandy Turner's beautiful face and all that came with it.
