Hello everyone, here is a more recent painting called "What the Butterfly Saw". Inspired by the fact that insects see colours differently to us.! Light & Peace, Josephine.

None of these cost anything, and that’s exactly why they get overlooked.

We’re so used to thinking healing requires a supplement, a protocol, or a $200 device that we forget the fastest reset available to us is usually free and already in front of us.

A hum, a yawn, five minutes outside.

These aren’t small things. They’re direct lines to your vagus nerve, and your body is built to respond to them.

Save this one for the next time you’re spiraling and don’t know where to start. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Which of these is missing from your week right now?

The ultimate challenge…

🤍

Sometimes the most beautiful thing about you is what you don’t understand.

When someone hurts, manipulates, betrays, or treats others in ways you could never imagine, you may wonder, “How could they do that?”

But maybe you don’t understand because your heart simply isn’t wired that way.

You don’t think like them.
You don’t love like them.
You don’t carry the same darkness.

And instead of trying to understand what would make someone choose cruelty, be grateful that your heart still chooses kindness. 🤍✨

Not everything needs to make sense to you.
Sometimes not understanding is proof of the goodness you still carry.

Protect that softness. It’s not weakness. It’s a blessing. 🌙
