I never want money to be the reason a Black woman misses out on healing.

Sponsor a scholarship seat for a woman with financial need at our SoulCollage retreat, a weekend of nature, sisterhood, and creative healing. Any amount helps, and every gift gets a woman closer to rest.

Have you ever lost yourself trying to be enough for someone else?

For years, my worth, my value, my sense of self, all of it depended on being chosen. I silenced my own voice. I ignored my own wisdom. And I stayed in spaces that cost me everything.

This is a story of how I found my way back to myself. And a practice that helped bring me back home.

If any part of this resonates with you, I would love for you to join me at my upcoming retreat or other wellness related events….

Black Women’s SoulCollage Weekend Retreat
October 21–23
Auburn, California

Today marks 8 years since my dad transitioned, what we call his month of victory. 🦋

This morning, this card found me. I made it 13 years ago and had no idea what it was really holding.

The cards often know before we do.

If you’re ready to go deeper, my SoulCollage retreat for Black women has a spot for you. Link in bio for more info.

Discovering SoulCollage®: Part 2

“I could never do that. I’m not artistic.”

If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard that, I’d have a lot of dollars.

The good news is that SoulCollage® is not about artistic talent.

You don’t need to know how to draw, paint, or create anything from scratch. The process involves working with images that already exist and noticing which ones speak to you.

What makes SoulCollage powerful isn’t the artistic outcome. It’s the insight that emerges along the way.

Sometimes an image captures a feeling you’ve struggled to put into words.

Sometimes it reflects a strength you’ve forgotten.

Sometimes it reveals a truth you’ve known all along.

The invitation is not to create a masterpiece.

The invitation is to become curious.

Reflection Question:
When was the last time you gave yourself permission to create something simply for the joy of exploration rather than performance?

Introducing a New Series: Discovering SoulCollage®

One of the questions I hear most often is:

“What exactly is SoulCollage?”

Over the next couple of months, I’ll be sharing a series introducing this powerful practice and exploring how it can support healing, self-discovery, creativity, and connection.

SoulCollage® is not about artistic talent. It is about creating space to listen more deeply to yourself and tap into your inner wisdom.

This October, I’ll be hosting a SoulCollage® Weekend Retreat for Black Women, and I’m excited to share more about the process in the weeks ahead.

Reflection Question:
Have you ever seen a photograph, piece of art, or image that seemed to speak directly to your spirit?

I’d love to hear about it below.
