Hello everyone,
My name is Dr. Vinyo Ketsavong. I hold four doctoral degrees--in Natural Medicine, Functional Medicine, Nutritional Medicine, and Holistic Medicine--representing one of the most comprehensive integrative health credentials in clinical practice today. But my approach to healing was never shaped by credentials alone. Over decades of coaching clients all over California and throughout the United States, I developed a deep, abiding belief--rooted in both clinical evidence and personal faith--that the human body carries within it an innate intelligence and extraordinary capacity to restore itself when given what it truly needs.
My clinical focus is the reversal of chronic illness in clients who have, often for years, been told there is nothing more that can be done. Autoimmune conditions--including Hashimoto's thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, and lupus--Type 2 diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, hormonal imbalances, fibromyalgia, and complex gut disorders are among the conditions I address at their root, not merely their surface. Where conventional medicine offers symptom management, I seek restoration and prevention.
What sets my practice apart is a commitment to discovering why the body broke down--not simply what it broke down into. Through comprehensive functional testing, targeted nutritional protocols, detoxification strategies, and mind-body integration, I construct a healing plan as individual as the person sitting across from me. Every protocol is shaped by science. Every client is seen as a whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
In over decades of practice, I have witnessed what is possible when a client is truly seen, deeply heard, and given a road map to healing built specifically for them. I have seen autoimmune antibodies fall. Diabetes markers normalize. Body weight normalizing. Energy return to clients who had forgotten what it felt like to feel well. And in each of those moments, I see the same thing — a person stepping back into the life they were meant to live.
I serve clients at my Sacramento practice, throughout the state of California, and the United States via telehealth. I welcome clients who are ready to stop managing their condition and start reversing it.
