Wholesome Elderly Care Homes We are an assisted living home for the elderly specializing in healthy and wholesome care We only use safe and non toxic house cleaning supplies.

As 3nd generation RCFE owners, Chris and Derika wanted to create a new kind of care home. Having seen first hand the struggle families go through in finding quality care for their loved ones, they set out to provide a quality of service that instantly brings peace of mind to concerned families. In addition to providing the usual care that other facilities offer they took it a huge step further an

d incorporated healthy practices that aim to improve the overall health and happiness of their residents. We serve our residents "Farm to Fork" meals made of local organic ingredients. We provide natural hygiene products. Our drinking, cooking and even bathing water is filtered. We eliminate or reduce harmful technologies in the home like Wi-Fi and Smart Meters. We incorporate wellness programs and holistic therapies into our basic services which include assistance with daily living, 24 hr. supervision and safety, medication management, wholesome meals and snacks, daily activities, Hospice, Dementia care, Alzheimers, health monitoring and so much more. This position comes with a private bedroom with full utilities provided for free and starts at $12 per hour. You will be required to be present on the facility during working hours and every night but can leave during off duty hours.We are located at 5205 Argo Way Sacramento Ca 95820.

Job Description:

As caregiver you are responsible for performing the daily tasks necessary for all residents and the facility. Hands on training will be provided. These duties include but are not limited to:

-Providing ADL care for up to 6 residents (bathing, toileting, dressing, personal hygiene, ostomy care, incontinence care etc)
-Managing and administering medications
-Monitoring residents for changes in health or condition
-Assisting residents with appointments and schedule
-Arranging transportation for residents
-Document information and report to the appropriate people
-Preparing and serving delicious meals to residents
-Using medication and facility management software
-Maintaining a clean and safe facility
-Communicating with outside agencies and families in a positive and professional way
-Participating in training

Minimum Requirements:

-Must be 18 or olders
-Must be authorized to work in the United States
-Must live in facility on a permanent basis (free rent and utilities)
-Must have or be able to pass a DOJ and FBI criminal background clearance
-Must have a clear health screening & TB test no older than 6 mos or pass one within 7 days of hire and be able to physically perform all duties
-Must have or get a first certificate upon hiring
-Must have basic computer skills
-Must have experience caring for 1-6 seniors
-Must have experience cooking, housekeeping and caring for seniors
-Must maintain a friendly and professional relationship with all staff, residents and guests
-Must maintain clean appearance

Please Help us Congratulate Kim! Aka my (Derika's) Mom!🎉❤️

With over 40 years of RockStar senior care service, she ranks #1 in excellent Senior LOVE! If you would ask her what she was born to do... she'll tell you "To love and care for others!"

The greatest skill I have inherited from her is the art to "Lead with Generosity". And for that gift I am forever grateful! 💝

With a swelled heart I honor, recognize and appreciate this beautiful and spectacular Caregiver!

Most people don't know this, but the day we opened our doors and heart for business in caring for the elderly, Chris and I had leaped into faith, learning moment by moment how to be the best senior providers, we were nervous and joyful at the same time as we embarked on something so new to us and something that had never been done holistically before!

But as we learned to fly, we we're blessed to have our Mother drop everything to support our dream into fruition! ✨🙏
Since day ☝️ she has been the lead Caregiver our now "highly sought after" Holistic Senior Board & Care Home!

She recently took 3 months off and now she's back full force! We all missed her so much and are jumping for joy that her vacation is over! 😁😍
