Know the signs! Heavy sweating, muscle cramps, weakness, headache, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, tiredness, or paleness can all be signs of heat-related illness.

TIP: Cool down with cold compresses or a cool shower, and seek medical attention if symptoms become severe.

Join us for a community power building session on transportation in Los Angeles County! DRC is inviting you to join our virtual workshop where we will work together to build a stronger community of advocates advancing equity and independence for people with disabilities.
