It was a deeply special moment for our family as Rachel and I hooded our daughter, marking the third generation of Dr. Wongs.

We are grateful beyond words, giving thanks to God for His goodness and grace throughout her journey. We are excited to see what He has in store for our Tiffany R. Wong, MD, at Pediatrics and beyond.

Tiffany matched at her top residency choice!

We are incredibly grateful to God for this blessing, and especially thankful that Tiffany and Johann will be training together at Cedars-Sinai.

Feeling so blessed after a weekend of celebrating with family, enjoying some of our favorite local restaurants, taking in God’s beautiful creation, and wrapping it all up with some amazing spring skiing.

Feeling especially blessed to celebrate my birthday at the Kings game surrounded by my family. What started with securing twelve seats together in the lounge for dinner and cake at halftime unfolded into having all our seats brought together in two contiguous rows, allowing us to cheer the Kings on to victory over the Mavericks together. It was a true God-wink moment where every detail aligned just right.

Deeply thankful to God for His favor, the blessing of another year, and for such a special birthday celebration. It was truly an incredible birthday to remember. 🙏💜✨

It was a special privilege to serve as an Oral Examiner for the American Board of Plastic Surgery this year - alongside my amazing partner, Holly Wall, and so many dedicated colleagues committed to upholding the highest standards of our specialty.

The ABPS Oral Exam is the final step in a rigorous journey toward becoming a board-certified plastic surgeon. Four years of medical school, 6–8 years of residency training, and the written qualifying exam all lead to this moment.

Its significance lies in what it truly measures: real-world judgment, sound decision-making, professionalism, and the readiness to care for patients safely and independently.

Passing this exam signifies that a surgeon has met the highest standards of Plastic Surgery and is prepared to practice with excellence, integrity, and professionalism. It is the culmination of years of hard work, sacrifice, and growth.

Congratulations to all the candidates on completing this major career milestone!
