Never miss to do what they love, daily exercise and word search among other things. Doing last batch of summer crafts coloring and started early fall crafts too. Love to see happy faces enjoying what they do. This shows how they’ve been able to get some inspiration from other people and how they have done so much for the community as well as their own fulfillment and satisfaction. This gives each and everyone a time to know each other more. A very lively and interesting day. Just like when doing daily exercise. Gives motivation to improve and keep doing the routine. 🥰🤗

Socializing improves mental, cognitive and physical health. It lowers the risk of anxiety and depression.
