Don’t. Pick. Your. Skin!

Especially with dirty fingernails! Even if your hands are clean, you don’t know what could be lingering on your fingers. Either way, picking your acne is just going to make it worse.

If you’re having a flare-up, here are some things you CAN do to mitigate some of the pain or redness:
1. Cold or warm compress
2. Take an NSAID to help relieve pain
