Last week, we had the honor of celebrating a truly special member of our community as she closes an incredible chapter after 10 years of dedicated service. 💜

For a decade, Nicole has poured her heart into this community. Her dedication, commitment, and passion for caring for others have touched countless lives. She has been a fierce advocate for our residents, a constant source of support for our caregivers, and someone our families and team could always count on.

Nicole’s impact reaches far beyond her role as our nurse. She is deeply rooted in this community and has helped shape it into the place it is today. The relationships she has built, the people she has supported, and the lives she has touched are a legacy that will remain long after her last day.

To say she leaves big shoes to fill would be an understatement. While we know replacing someone who has given so much of herself will not be easy, we are incredibly grateful for the 10 years we were lucky enough to have her.

Nicole, thank you for your heart, your leadership, your advocacy, and the unwavering love and care you have shown our residents, caregivers, families, and entire community. You will be deeply missed, but the impact you’ve made here will never be forgotten. 💜

Here’s to celebrating 10 amazing years and wishing you nothing but the very best in your next chapter! 🥂✨

🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Pravindra Bodine 🌟
Meet Pravindra Bodine, Caregiver Extraordinaire! 💙

For more than 10 years, Pravindra has been an important part of the Revere Court family. Her dedication to our residents and the heart she brings to caregiving are just a few of the reasons she is such a valued member of our team.
When Pravindra isn’t caring for our residents, you can usually find her gardening, cooking, shopping, watching movies, or enjoying a day at the mall. She has quite the green thumb and loves growing eggplants, tomatoes, and chilis in her garden! 🌱🍅🌶️ She also takes great pride in keeping her home beautifully clean—and she has one very important house rule: no shoes in the house! 👟🚫
When it comes to food, Pravindra enjoys Panda Express and Applebee’s, and she loves spending her time at home with her husband, Don.
But what Pravindra loves most about Revere Court is simple: our residents. ❤️
She loves getting to know them, listening to their stories, and being there to care for them each day. Over the years, she has developed special connections with many of our residents, including one resident in particular who especially enjoys talking with her. These meaningful relationships are one of the things that make her work so rewarding.
And that is what makes caregiving so special. It isn't just about providing care—it’s about creating meaningful relationships, listening, showing kindness, and making someone feel seen and valued.
Pravindra, thank you for 10+ years of compassion, dedication, and heart. We are so grateful to have you on our caregiving team and for all the ways you make Revere Court a warmer, more caring place for our residents. 💙

Join us in celebrating Pravindra! 🌟

We are lucky to have you on Team Revere Court!

Highlights and Photos from our Session: Art Reveals on the Screen: End of Summer Celebration

This art series celebrates the end of summer through moments of joy, discovery, and transition. Inspired by Spain’s lively La Tomatina festival each August, family road trips, and the first days of school, the artworks highlight experiences that often become cherished memories. From proudly growing tomatoes in a garden and stopping at a roadside vegetable stand to encountering wildlife in nature and stepping into a new classroom, each image reminds us that ordinary summer moments can become lasting parts of our personal stories.

The artwork encouraged conversation and brought smiles to the residents’ faces through connections to happy memories in familiar places. When Nancy saw Roadside Vegetable Stand (above right), she was immediately transported as she said, “That’s Napa,” explaining, “We went there all the time to buy vegetables at stands like that.” Karen looked at the people and noticed, “They’re eager to get there and take home goodies.” She looked at the landscape and tender emotion filled her eyes as she said it reminded her of her hometown in Oakdale.
This heartwarming painting called Old Man’s Treasure got the residents laughing and created a fun discussion. As they noticed the details that revealed the central figure’s character, I asked if they were surprised that his treasure was a kitten. Lynn said, “I’m surprised because you expect that from a child.” Nancy said, “That man is enthralled with that kitten. I’m not surprised, kittens are wonderful!” When I asked what her treasure would be, she said, “My grandson. He’s three weeks old.” Merle made us laugh by saying that her treasure would be “a plate of homemade cookies,” and Rita said her treasure was jewelry that had been passed down in her family. When I asked Claudia what her treasure was, she replied, “Happiness.” I asked her if she saw happiness in this painting and she said, “Yes, I do. The kitten is happy,” leaving us with a reminder to treasure the little things in life.
