Lou's Sushi in Midtown Sacramento knows what’s up! They have a VERY vegan-friendly menu with many many creative vegan items to choose from (like this Top Shelf roll —> fried green onions, yams, topped with sweet & spicy oyster mushrooms)!!! 🌱❤️✨🍄🍣

The staff was super friendly & helpful; I’ll definitely be back & will bring friends. Put this as a must stop on your next trip to California’s capitol city! 🌟

I tried my very first Impossible Foods burger last night at Thirsty Barrel Taphouse & Grille in Grass Valley, CA for the Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge.

All I can say is YUM! So excited to know that this burger is on the menu permanently— yay for more vegan eats in my small town! 🌱❤️✨🍔 👍🏻

The best thing you can do for the planet (not to mention the animals & your health) is to go VEGAN! Whole plantbased foods for the win (and less packaging is always a plus)! 🌱❤️✨🛒
