Lullaby Sound Sanctuary is your invitation to rest, restore, and remember yourself, too. You are encouraged to bring all of yourself to our gathering-especially the part that needs love and care.
We start our practice together with gentle movement designed to soothe the nervous system and prepare the body for relaxation. Holly will then offer an essential oil to promote receptivity and help you settle into a delicious, supported resting pose, so that she can sing you to sleep with poetry, voice, bowls, and chimes.
