Please help us welcome one of the newest members of the Absolute Compassion Hospice family, Jasvir Sangha, RN!

Jasvir has been a Registered Nurse for seven years and brings with her a wealth of experience in hospital settings, sub acute care, post acute care, long term care, short term care, and acute care. She attended American River College as well as Iowa State, where she earned her RN degree.

At Absolute Compassion Hospice, we are more than a team of individuals working together, we are a family of caring professionals whose passion is providing compassionate care to patients and families during some of life’s most critical moments. We are excited to have Jasvir join our amazing team of dedicated care providers and look forward to the compassion, knowledge, and heart she brings to our patients and community.

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) – Join Our Compassionate Care Team

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for providing exceptional hospice care? If so, we invite you to join our team!

At Absolute Compassion Hospice, we believe in providing comfort, dignity, and quality of life to patients and families during their end-of-life journey.

Position Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate and support patients and families through the hospice process
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, consistent with the scope of the position and organizational needs.

Qualifications:
• Active RN license in the State of California
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Compassionate bedside manner and excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Spring is a beautiful reminder that even after the quietest and coldest seasons, growth and renewal are always possible 🌸🌿

At Regency Place Senior Living, residents embraced the joy of the season, soaking in the sunshine and fresh spring air this past week. Absolute Compassion Hospice was honored to help bring the spirit of spring into their memory care community last month, residents created their own springtime vases, and just last week, we helped filled them with vibrant, beautiful flowers. Moments like these spark creativity, connection, and joy, making each day a little brighter.

Last week was extremely busy for the Absolute Compassion Hospice team but with everything on our plates we didn’t forget to celebrate one of our teammates Nathan. We hope Nathan had an amazing birthday and Easter weekend. Happy birthday Nathan.
