October is a time of gratitude, reflection, and remembrance at Absolute Compassion Hospice. As the weather turns cooler and the leaves transform into beautiful shades of orange, we are reminded that every season brings its own beauty and meaning. 🍁

This month, we proudly celebrate National Case Management Week and Case Management Month! 🎉

We are incredibly grateful for the dedicated case managers at the hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations who trust us to care for their patients as they transition to hospice care. Your collaboration, compassion, and commitment to helping patients and families navigate challenging times make a lasting difference. We couldn’t do what we do without you! 🤝❤️

We also celebrate our own amazing case managers at Absolute Compassion Hospice! Your dedication, kindness, and unwavering commitment to providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to our patients and their families inspire us every day. 🌷

October is also a meaningful time for us to come together for our Annual Memorial, honoring and remembering the beautiful lives of the patients we have had the privilege of caring for. Though they may no longer be with us, their memories remain in our hearts. 🕊️🤍

As we embrace this season of change, we celebrate the people who make compassionate care possible, cherish the connections we build, and remember the lives that have touched ours.

🍂🎃 Harvest Festival Fun at Revere Court Sacramento! 🎃🍂

At Absolute Compassion Hospice, we LOVE supporting our community partners! ❤️

Yesterday was such a fun-filled day as we joined Revere Court for their annual Harvest Festival! 🍁🍂 It was wonderful seeing so many residents, families, staff, and fellow vendors coming together to enjoy a day filled with laughter, games, festivities, and community spirit.

🐐🐓 And the animals were definitely a BIG hit! But we have to say… our infamous Red Cup Game was a crowd favorite! 🔴🏆 There was plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and, most importantly, SMILES all around!

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing team at Revere Court for inviting Absolute Compassion Hospice to be part of such a special event. We had an absolute blast creating joyful moments and making memories with your residents. Seeing them laughing, playing, and enjoying themselves is exactly why we love what we do! 💜

❤️🎨 HAPPY NATIONAL ASSISTED LIVING WEEK! 🎨❤️

National Assisted Living Week, a special time to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and compassion of the many amazing people who work in assisted living. Every day, they invest their time and hearts into caring for seniors, sharing joyful moments, creating meaningful connections, and helping residents make new memories. 💕✨

So, at Absolute Compassion Hospice, we decided to kick off the week by dedicating our time to volunteering at some of the wonderful communities we partner with and stated a few days early! 🥰

We had an amazing time spending time with these incredible seniors, getting creative with arts and crafts, sharing laughter, and—most importantly—creating even more beautiful memories together! 🎨🖌️💐

Because at Absolute Compassion Hospice, we believe that every moment matters, every connection is meaningful, and there is always an opportunity to create another cherished memory. ❤️

The OAC last week was great in Lodi. It’s always a pleasure to connect with new people and gain partnerships that help and assist seniors. The honey pot was definitely a conversation piece for many. Thanks Mary, Harvey and the rest of the Revel Lodi team for being such great hospitable hosts. It was a pleasure to ,set all of your residents who helped everyone with seating. They were also amazing hosts.
