Hello SCP Family,
Today is June 1st, and the migration to our new Stop Chasing Pain Platform is officially underway!
This transition represents a major step forward in creating a better learning experience for our community, bringing your memberships, courses, webinars, and future educational opportunities together in one centralized platform.
While we do not anticipate any interruptions in service, we continue to ask for your patience and understanding as we complete the migration process over the coming days.
What You Need to Know
Your Courses Are Being Migrated
All eligible classes and purchases are being transferred to the new SCP Platform.
Because of the size of our course library and member database, the migration process will take several days to complete. If you do not currently see a previously purchased class in your account, please do not worry.
We ask that you allow us through the end of this week to complete the migration process.
As classes are added to your profile, you will receive an email notification letting you know they are available. We appreciate your patience while we work behind the scenes to ensure everything is transferred properly.
Watch for Important Emails
Over the next several weeks, you may receive multiple emails from us regarding:
• Account setup
• Platform access
• Course migration updates
• Webinar registration
• Membership access
• New platform features
Please read these emails carefully and follow any instructions provided.
While it may seem like more communication than usual, these emails are intended to make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone.
Important: Use Your Existing SCP Email Address
To help ensure a smooth transition, please use the same email address associated with your Stop Chasing Pain purchases and membership whenever possible when setting up your new SCP Platform account.
Using a different email address may delay the process of matching your previous purchases, memberships, and course access to your new platform profile.
If you believe you may have used multiple email addresses for past purchases, memberships, or webinar registrations, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can help ensure all eligible content is properly associated with your new SCP Platform account.
Webinar Registration Is Now Moving to the SCP Platform
Beginning immediately, webinar registration will be handled through the new SCP Platform.
Gold and Platinum Members must activate their new account in order to access member pricing and discounted webinar registrations.
If your account has not yet been activated, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible.
Webinar Attendance Will Require Login
Moving forward, participants will need to be logged into their SCP Platform account to access webinars and webinar-related content.
Additional instructions regarding webinar access will be sent separately.
Video Library Transition
The existing video library on our current platform will remain available during the transition period. However, the current platform and video library are scheduled to be fully decommissioned on July 1st, 2026.
To avoid any interruption in access, all users should complete their account setup and begin using the new SCP Platform as soon as possible.
Vimeo Content Exception
Most course purchases will be migrated to the new SCP Platform.
However, the following webcast purchases made prior to June 1st, 2026, will continue to be accessed through Vimeo and will not be transferred to the new platform:
• BIG 6® – The Body Aquarium: Lymphatic Mojo Webcast
• Restorative Movement Webcast
• Why Your Spleen Matters Webcast
• Why Your Liver Matters in Shoulder, Hip, and Back Pain Webcast
• An ACL Injury Isn't a Knee Problem Webcast
If you previously purchased any of these programs, you will continue to access them through your Vimeo account exactly as you do today. No action is required.
⚠️ Important Deadline: June 30th, 2026
All users must complete their transition to the new SCP Platform by June 30th, 2026.
After June 30th:
• The current platform will be shut down.
• Membership access will be managed through the new SCP Platform.
• Webinar registration will be managed through the new SCP Platform.
• Future course purchases and content will be delivered through the new
SCP Platform.
We strongly encourage everyone to complete their account setup well before the deadline.
