Alive and Wellness Are you looking to make a change in your life? My role is to help create insight into life's journey Some may not understand, and others are there to support us.

My specialties include: helping you to overcome, anxiety, fear, anger, abandonment, stress, communication problems, and depression. I have the skills to help you with adjusting to life's pressure, to separation and divorce, moving through the forgiveness process, realign a marriage, or to identify your life's purpose and meaning. I will help you regain your self-confidence, find your self-esteem,

build trust and clarify your values. I guide individuals and couples in rebuilding their relationship. Or discuss ways they can separate to lessen the impact on the children. I offer pet grief therapy - pet bereavement is real and a natural human emotional process. I believe pets are a big part of our world and when they leave us, the grief process can become overwhelming. Various techniques are use for couples therapy is by John Gottman- evidence based interventions and personal coaching.
