🌸 NEW SOCIAL ANXIETY GROUPS FOR GIRLS! 🌸

Is your daughter or granddaughter struggling with social anxiety, making friends, or feeling comfortable in social situations? We’re excited to offer two new weekly groups designed specifically for youth and adolescent girls in a supportive, welcoming environment. 💕

Led by Provider Kate Blake, PsyD, these small groups will focus on building confidence, developing social skills, strengthening relationships, and helping girls feel more comfortable navigating the challenges of growing up.

✨ Adolescent Girls | Ages 13–16
• Accepting 4–6 members

✨ Youth Girls | Ages 8–12
• Accepting 3–5 members

📍 Safety Harbor Office
📅 Saturdays, beginning September 2026

These intentionally small groups provide an opportunity for girls to connect with peers who may be experiencing similar challenges while learning helpful tools in a supportive setting.
