May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Mental health conditions impact all our lives, either personally or through the loved ones around us. Nearly one in five American adults will have a diagnosable mental health condition in any given year, with 46% of Americans meeting the criteria for a mental health condition at some point in their lives. Most of these individuals do not receive treatment.

It's okay to ask for help. Visit your local mental health clinic for ongoing support.
