We continue to proudly celebrate National Health Center Week with events throughout our communities. Today, at our Old Town location we were honored to be joined by Percivierre Whitmore, Community Engagement Specialist for Governor Gretchen Whitmer's office who presented Great Lakes Bay Health Centers with a National Health Center Week proclamation recognizing the vital role Great Lakes Bay Health Centers play across the Great Lakes Bay Region.

We also appreciate the support of Matt Franklin, Regional Manager for Senator Elissa Slotkin, and Quentin Groce, Regional Director and for Senator Gary Peters, and their summer intern for joining us in celebrating the impact Great Lakes Bay Health Centers has on the communities we serve.

We will have free school supplies for every child with a scheduled appointment, games, prizes, Photo Booth, Cob King, face painting, dental bus on site for routine cleanings, and our vision bus on site for eye exams! 📣 Calling All Athletes - get your sports physical so you are prepared for the 2026-2027 school year! We will be performing sport physicals at Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy on August 5th from 8 am - 5 pm, with same day appointments available!

- All athletes must complete the MHSAA Physical Form. Visit https://loom.ly/nVOjK88 to obtain the MHSAA form.
- A School-Based Health Center consent form must be on file. Visit https://loom.ly/1koXthQ to obtain consent.
- If the athlete is under 18, a parent/guardian must complete both forms. If all paperwork is completed, a
parent/gaurdian does not have to be physically present.
