Good day to you all. It's hard to believe that August is here. Next month our friends from around the USA will be back to enjoy our warm winter weather.
I am so grateful that classes are continuing and successful. I hope all of you are well and enjoying every day that comes.

Good morning, I hope everyone is well. I enjoy hearing from you guys, and am thinking of you who are back in your home state, or are away for other reasons.
Any rehabilitation you may be in, keep records of your exercises and bring them in so we can incorporate them into your workout. Consistency is the key when healing up.
A word of encouragement to new students. Write on your calendar the days you want to come to exercise. Have your shoes and socks ready to go the night before. Thirty minutes before class time, put on your shoes and grab your water bottle. DON'T THINK, just do.

Coming up on summer. Checking in to reassure you classes are continuing through the summer with the existing schedule that you see here. I'm meeting many new people,and I love it. Keep coming,and watch yourself grow!!!

Business is going great. I am so thankful for all the people who come in and try out the classes. I know your taking a chance on us. I do want to say that we're all very qualified and up to date on the latest exercise trends. Every two years we go through a recertification, and I personally take several classes on nutrition, weight management, behavioral health change, and my personal favorite, weight training techniques.
If you have any questions or concerns about your fitness program, please give them to me.
