Fax: 314-739-4703 To be able to receive services through All Loving Care Consumer Directed Services, LLC you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

*Be Missouri Medicaid eligible
*Be Capable

of living independently with personal care assistance
*Be physically disabled
*Be 18 years of age or older
*Be able and willing to direct your own care
*Your personal care attendant cannot be your spouse

At All Loving Care Consumer Directed Services, LLC our goal is help our Consumers achieve the best quality of life possible. You hire and train your own personal care attendant. Your attendant can be a close family friend, or a relative...that's right a relative anyone other than your spouse! All Loving Care Consumer Directed Services, LLC will pay your personal care attendant up to $11.15 an hour. Daily or weekly services include but are not limited to:

*Routine personal care-dressing/undressing
*Hygiene assistance-bathing/grooming
*Bowel/bladder elimination
*Laundry
*Cleaning
*Shopping
*Meal planning and cooking
*Medication reminders
*Transportation to and from important appointments
