COVID-19: Here at Health Improvements Holistics, we take the safety of our clients and staff very seriously. Staff regularly sanitizes, surfaces, hands, and equipment with disinfectant and UV light. We have limited space availability in classes and now offer private classes to assist in social distancing. We want you to feel a sense of security here at our Holistic Center. So greatful for Shareen and Shifa Juices! I’ve been able to enjoy these fantastic health in a bottle juices over the past few weeks; I’m so excited to get my latest order. High quality, cold pressed, local, and delicious! If you haven’t already tried, you are missing out. You can find Shareen and Shifa juices at the beach farmers market every wed 8-12 at the St. Augustine pier. Thank you Shareen and Shifa juices for making sure I get my daily dose of vitamin rich fruits and veggies!

You can never go wrong with aromatherapy, crystals, body jewelry, a full body massage, a facial or better yet a tea bath pedicure .
